Which should I get? Total beginner here, want something to learn on. Any
difference in quality, tone, intonation, etc?

Yes, I know I SHOULD have someone who knows how to play test them out for
me, but living in a small town without a music store, that's not an easy
option. So I'm looking to buy an inexpensive (<$200) horn fron an on-line
store or ebay, and I've seen both of these advertised in my price range.

YAS23. It's better built, better designed.
The Bundy will work, but it's not what you'd call an exciting
instrument.
Not sure what nick they'll be in for the price you quote.

Words from another beginner: go with the Yamaha. Pretty much can't go
wrong.

The Yamaha is the one. The Bundy 2 is junk. The original Bundy was quite nice
though.
